		    		- A weight by which lead and some other metals were formerly sold in England, probably containing 2100 pounds.

     *1866: Another element of weight is the charrus, carecta, or plaustrata of lead.  This quantity contained thrity fontinelli, fotmael, pedes, or pigs.
