1. The act of sharing; community;
participation. "This communion of goods."

2. Intercourse between two or more
persons; esp., intimate association and intercourse implying
sympathy and confidence; interchange of thoughts, purposes, etc.;
agreement; fellowship; as, the communion of
saints.
